Morgan Stanley may introduce clients to third-party service providers for informational purposes only. Any decision to contact, retain or engage a service provider is solely the client’s decision. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, interviewing service providers, evaluating available alternatives and making their own independent decisions.
Morgan Stanley makes no representations or warranties regarding the qualifications, experience, licensing, capabilities, quality, cost, availability, appropriateness or suitability of any third-party service provider or any products or services offered by such provider. There may be additional service providers who offer similar products or services, and clients may wish to identify and evaluate such providers for comparative purposes.
Morgan Stanley does not receive referral fees from third-party service providers in connection with Lifestyle Advisory introductions. However, Morgan Stanley is a diversified financial services company with many individual, corporate, institutional and governmental clients globally and routinely enters into a variety of business relationships for which Morgan Stanley receives compensation or pays for services. Such relationships may include a named service provider, its employees, agents or affiliated companies.
Lifestyle Advisory services are available only to eligible Morgan Stanley clients. Eligibility requirements, including minimum household asset and liability levels, may vary and are subject to change. Availability of any Lifestyle Advisory offering or third-party service provider is not guaranteed.
Lifestyle Advisory may include access to third-party providers in areas such as aircraft advisory, private aviation, travel, health and wellness, personal and home security, household staffing, bookkeeping, higher education consulting, executive and career coaching, art advisory, collectibles and other lifestyle-related services. Morgan Stanley does not provide these services directly and is not responsible for the performance or nonperformance of any third-party provider.
Health and wellness-related offerings are provided by third-party service providers and are not provided by Morgan Stanley. Morgan Stanley, its affiliates and Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or medical services. Clients should consult their physicians, medical professionals and other qualified health care providers regarding any medical or health-related questions or decisions.
Private aviation, aircraft advisory, travel, luxury experiences and related services are provided by third-party service providers. Morgan Stanley does not operate, broker, manage, inspect, maintain, charter, sell or purchase aircraft or travel services and does not evaluate the safety, regulatory compliance, insurance, licensing, qualifications or operational standards of any aviation, travel or related service provider. Clients should conduct their own diligence and consult appropriate legal, tax, insurance, aviation and other professional advisors before entering into any arrangement.
Personal security, home security, household staffing and related services are provided by third-party service providers. Morgan Stanley does not conduct background checks, licensing reviews, security assessments or suitability determinations with respect to any provider or individual. Clients are responsible for conducting their own review and determining whether a provider is appropriate for their needs.
Bookkeeping and household administrative services, if made available through Lifestyle Advisory, are provided by third-party service providers and are not provided by Morgan Stanley. Morgan Stanley does not provide accounting services and does not verify the accuracy, completeness or appropriateness of any bookkeeping, reporting or administrative work performed by a third-party provider. Clients should consult qualified tax, accounting and legal professionals as appropriate.
Higher education consulting, executive coaching, career coaching and related services are provided by third-party service providers. Morgan Stanley does not guarantee any outcome, admission, employment opportunity, career result or other benefit from using such services.
Art advisory, appraisal, collection management, auction-related, collectibles and tangible asset services are provided by third-party service providers. Investors and collectors must independently evaluate particular artwork, collectibles, tangible assets, investments and strategies, and should seek the advice of an appropriate third-party advisor for assistance in that regard. Morgan Stanley, its affiliates and Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors do not provide advice on artwork, collectibles or tangible assets, and do not provide appraisals, authentication, valuation, conservation, auction or sale services.
Any discussion of lifestyle services, including health, aviation, travel, art, collectibles, staffing, security, education, coaching or other services, is provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, medical advice, insurance advice or a recommendation to purchase or use any product or service.
