Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) today announced plans to voluntarily withdraw its common stock from listing on NYSE Arca, Inc., formerly known as the Pacific Exchange, Inc., to reduce expenses and regulatory and administrative burdens. Morgan Stanley's common stock will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
