Morgan Stanley Smith Barney to Lead Executive Compensation Best Practices Panel at Equilar 2011 Executive Compensation Summit

Christopher Dohrmann, an Executive Director with Global Stock Plan Services at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, will moderate a panel on key issues relating to equity compensation and their global implications.  “Different markets and cultures create unique provisions when determining appropriate performance incentives for employees.  Based on our broad global experience with stock plan clients, our goal is to provide insights and examples of best industry practices culled from around the world,” Mr. Dohrmann says.
