Sharon Yeshaya is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Morgan
Stanley. She became CFO in June 2021 and serves as a member of the firm’s
Operating and Management Committees.
Prior to becoming CFO, Sharon was the firm’s Head of Investor Relations and served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chairman and CEO. She began her career at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department and has held a variety of roles in the Fixed Income Division in both New York and Hong Kong.
Sharon graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees in Finance and Economics from the Wharton School and the College of Arts & Sciences, respectively.
Sharon currently serves on the Board of the Morgan Stanley Foundation and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Business Committee and devotes time to various other community-based organizations.
