Program participants are placed in business units that complement and expand their skills and experiences. Additionally, besides the on the job placement you will receive training, mentorship, coaching and professional development.

Application Timeline: Applications for most locations globally open on September 15, 2026, and close on October 9, 2026 (in Europe & North America) and November 6 (in India). The specific program dates may vary by city. See below for the specific application deadline for each city.
Program Duration: Return to Work programs will run for approximately 16 weeks from January 18, 2027 to May 7, 2027 for most locations. The specific program dates and duration may vary by city.
Eligibility Criteria: This program is designed for individuals who have been out of the workforce for two or more years. The two-year eligibility will be calculated as of January 2027 the program start date.
