Diversity and Inclusion

Everyone Deserves a Shot at Success

At Morgan Stanley, we believe creating a more inclusive society begins with investing in access, knowledge and resources to foster potential for all.
A more inclusive tomorrow starts today

That’s why, as part of our longstanding efforts to provide  the next generation with the tools they need to succeed, we’ve teamed up with our brand ambassadors, 11-time PGA tour champion Justin Rose, professional golfer Cheyenne Woods and two-time WTA champion Leylah Fernandez. Together, they will help us promote  inclusivity, expand access to sports and encourage the inspiration to dream big. Whether by empowering youth to develop life skills through golf and tennis or providing scholarships to leading institutions of higher learning, we are committed to supporting the next generation of leaders and ensuring that they reflect the diversity of the world they inherit.

Our Partnership With the WTA

Read about our new partnership with the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA), our latest effort to further inspire the next generation of female leaders by championing inclusivity and access within the sport of tennis.

See It to Be It: Role Model for Success

Our brand ambassador, Leylah Fernandez, shares our commitment to provide young people with expanded opportunities for success. As a diverse role model, Fernandez, currently ranked in the world's top 50 women players, inspires a new generation to envision a brighter future for themselves by seeing just how far someone who looks like them can go.

See It to Be It

Leylah Fernandez is committed to showing young people that when you see someone succeed who looks like you, you believe you can, too.

When you see someone who looks like you succeed, you believe you can, too. So see me. Then, see what you can do to make someone else believe.

Giving Back, One Eagle at a Time

For the second year in a row, as part of our Eagles for Impact initiative at THE PLAYERS® Championship, we are partnering with First Tee, an organization dedicated to helping kids and teens of all backgrounds develop important life skills and build their strength of character through golf. For every eagle made during the tournament, we will donate $5,000 to First Tee to help support the recruitment, development and retention of diverse golf coaches to mentor a new generation of game-changing leaders. To date, we have donated over $1.68 million through the Eagles for Impact program.
