Morgan Stanley is great because you can always try something new and there are a lot of opportunities. Even though we are thousands of people, I think everyone has a key role.
The Budapest office has been around for 17 years. We have ten different business units represented. Largest ones are technology, finance, and risk management.
I think one of the first things people notice when they come to Morgan Stanley is the spirit of collaboration and the continuous support you receive from the first day you enter that door throughout your journey.
I joined as an intern. And in fact, this was my first job ever. I really feel like that my ideas and all of my input is highly valued and appreciated.

Every day I have opportunities to be challenged and learn new things. The most rewarding thing for me is seeing my team grow. It brings me happiness that I can see others achieve their goals and succeed in their career as well.
When I come into the office, there are so many different people with different backgrounds, and I always meet new people from around the world.
Female colleagues are underrepresented in technology, and we have our own female mentoring circle. Women in technology wants to provide room for them to appear, to get visibility, and to connect within the whole technology network.
We have many social events as well, which gives perfect opportunities for networking and meeting new people.

I've joined the charity committee this year. What we do is really exciting and it also aligns with one of the core values of Morgan Stanley of just giving back.
We don't just come in to work, but we come in to build relationships as well.

Morgan Stanley opened its office in Budapest in 2006, building on partnerships with Hungarian institutions dating back to 1993. Since then, the office has grown into one of the Firm’s largest international offices, recognised for its expertise, talent, and collaborative culture.
Originally established to support Morgan Stanley’s global fixed income business, the office later expanded with the launch of the Business Services and Technology Center. Today, our teams collaborate with colleagues around the world, applying their expertise to help deliver solutions, drive innovation and support global business priorities, within a framework of clear governance and accountability aligned to the markets we serve.
Located along the Danube in the modern Millennium City Center, our Budapest office is home to more than 2,500 professionals. Teams contribute across a broad range of areas including Technology, Risk Management, Finance, Analytics and Data, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, Internal Audit and other business functions. We also host several global functions, including Commercial Contract Management, Global Sustainable Finance, Inclusive Ventures Lab and Firmwide Marketing.
