Hi, I’m Jayer Yang and I’m going to be a Junior at the University of Chicago. As a Pathways intern, I was assigned to the Hampton Group for the summer and (about) just learning the language and having conviction in our investment thesis, I think the most fulfilling part for me was getting to develop relationships with every single member of our team. Something that makes the every day really fulfilling and it makes me excited to put my shoes and socks on in the morning.

Hi, my name is Claudia Pinedo. I’m a rising Senior at the University of Colorado Boulder and I’m currently interning for the Madison Group. I’ve really enjoyed learning from all the FAs on my team and getting different exposure to different parts of the business.

Hello, I’m Martina Canatelli and I’m a rising Junior at Cornell University. This summer I interned for the Malkin Group where I got exposure to different types of investments, including alternatives, and I was also able to learn about the day to day of working on a team. So overall, I learned a lot of things throughout my experience here that I look forward to taking as I begin my experience in this industry.

Hi, my name is Frederick Borja. I’m currently a rising Junior at Babson College. I’m interning for the Roadside Group and something that I’ve learned in this summer experience is to really be able to make a financial plan for clients, and its really given me exposure to understand this industry.

Hi, my name is David Delgado and I’m currently a rising Senior at the University of Michigan. During my time here at Morgan Stanley, I interned for the Pacifico Group. The main takeaway that I got being a first-generation Latino was that I really belong here at the financial service industry and working with an international group, I was able to really use my culture in everything that we implemented – from listening to client meetings or just giving my input in different strategies.

Hi, my name is Elexa Rogolsky and I’m a rising Junior at the University of Florida interning for the RBK Group. Something that I’ve really enjoyed about this program is learning about all the different tools that the financial advisors can leverage and seeing my team actually implement them is really cool to see.

Hi, I’m in Jake Gallin. I’m a rising Senior at Cornell university and I’m interning for the Dos Santos Group. Over my time here, I’ve realized that despite the size of the Complex, we really have an intimate, small team type feel and I’ve really come to appreciate that.

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn Davis and I’m a rising Senior at Columbia University. This past summer I spent my time with the management team. My favorite part so far has been meeting all the great people here at Morgan Stanley and building relationships. I’ve also enjoyed getting t learn what goes into making the Flagship Complex.

Hi, my name is Toni Cristiano. I’m a rising Senior at High Point University. I’m the summer Branch Analyst at the 399 Park Avenue Complex, but I had the opportunity to also be part of the Pathways internship program. Through this program, I’ve been able to hear from many people through out the firm, hearing about all the different roles that there are. Additionally, I’ve been able to work closely with the management team and learn about the great leadership of the Complex.

When I think of the 399 Park Avenue Complex, the words that come to mind are –

Resourceful

Focused

Adaptive

Innovative

Goal-oriented

Determinación

Crecimiento

Motivación

Actitud

Committed

Driven

Ambitious
