The LGBT+ Early Insights Program is an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts.

This full-day program allows freshman and sophomore undergraduate students to become familiar with opportunities across the Firm, our businesses, and culture. Participants are invited to Morgan Stanley Headquarters to network with employees representing various divisions, gain insight into our businesses through a variety of workshops, and participate in the first stage of the Summer Analyst recruiting process.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements

Undergraduate freshman and sophomore students who self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, and/or transgender. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a four year accredited university.
