Senior Morgan Stanley executives underscore the firm’s commitment.

The third annual Senior Multicultural Leaders Conference brought together more than 300 senior-level multicultural leaders and entrepreneurs, including Fortune 500 executives, investors, and civic leaders. Attendees convened to discuss the global business environment, capital markets trends and other leadership topics.

Author and political commentator Van Jones said, the more diverse your network and the more diverse the set of problem-solvers, the quicker you come up with great solutions. Colm Kelleher, President of Morgan Stanley said, we cannot be a leader in our industry providing best-in-class advice without appreciating diverse perspectives.
