Background
Gary Chan is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Gary serves as head of systematic strategies for the Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners Hedge Funds group. Gary has additional responsibilities as co-head of the separately managed account platform. He joined the firm in 2018 and has 26 years of investment experience. Prior to joining the firm, Gary was a Senior Investment Analyst at Stevens Capital Management LP. Gary received a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from University of Toronto.
