There are three different ways to activate your stock plan account. Your company will only
provide you with one option. Note, if you are a Single Sign-On (SSO) user, you can skip this step.

Enter the activation code provided by your company
Complete the captcha section
Click the link to access a verification page and enter the required identifying information
Once your identity is verified, create a login ID, username, and password
Once log-in credentials are established, immediate access to your account is provided.
Note: If you choose not to create a username, you will be provided with an account number as
your username.
No Activation Code?
If you misplace or lose your activation code, please try the company email activation method described
above, or call our Stock Plan Support Team(opens in a new tab) for assistance.
Enter the Company ID and password provided to you in the letter from Morgan Stanley at Work or by our Stock Plan Support Team over the telephone.
Complete the short activation form requesting basic contact information and optional banking information
Review and complete the Participant Account Agreement
Once your activation is completed, a confirmation screen will appear.
Note: The confirmation number is for your reference. Once the activation form is reconciled with the
information provided by your company, Morgan Stanley at Work will send your account number
and temporary passwords (one to sign in and one to transact) to you in separate letters by regular post. If
you do not want to wait for these letters to arrive to access your account, contact the Stock Plan Support Team.
