Alicia Keenan is the Chief Operating Officer of Fixed Income at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2024 and has 22 years of investment industry experience. In this capacity, she is responsible for the operational infrastructure and control environment across the investment teams including areas such as trading, operations, vendor management, and technology enablement driving efficiencies, scale and control.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Investment Management, she was the Chief Operating officer at Waterfall Asset Management, where she managed strategic initiatives across the firm but was directly responsible for federated functions such as Technology, Operations, Data Management, Product Management, ESG and Investor Servicing.

Prior to joining MSIM, Alicia worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management most recently as the Chief Operating Officer & Product Management for the Fixed Income Portfolio Management Team. Alicia holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Fordham University.
