Scott Froehlich is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Private Market Distribution team within Global Sales and Marketing. Mr. Froehlich focuses on raising institutional capital for MSIM’s $50B Private Credit platform. He focuses on MSIMUS and European Direct Lending, Opportunistic Credit, Asset-Based, Structured and Growth Credit strategies.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Froehlich worked as a Managing Director within the $300B Private Credit division of Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to Brookfield, he was a Managing Director at Eaton Partners where he focused on originating external partnerships and institutional distribution across Credit and Hedge Fund strategies. Prior to his work at Brookfield and Eaton, Mr. Froehlich held  senior roles within fundraising, portfolio construction and research. He began his career in Fixed Income Derivatives trading at HSBC in New York and London..

Mr. Froehlich holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
