Stuart is an executive director of Morgan Stanley and an analyst on the Eaton Vance Value team. He is responsible for covering information technology and communication services. He joined Eaton Vance in 2007. Morgan Stanley acquired Eaton Vance in March 2021. Stuart began his career in the investment management industry in 2000. Before joining Eaton Vance, he was a director and equity analyst at RBC Capital Markets. He has additional research experience with Adams, Harkness & Hill. Prior to his investment experience, Stuart was an engineer and engineering manager in the semiconductor equipment industry, and worked at Applied Materials Inc and Teradyne Inc. Stuart earned a B.S. in engineering from the University of New South Wales in Australia, an M.S. in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an M.S. in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. He is a CFA charterholder and holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing, as well as the CFA Institute’s Certificate in Performance Management (CIPM).
