David Cook is a Vice President of Morgan Stanley and is based in New York. Mr. Cook joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 and has been a member of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) since 2007. He currently focuses on investor relationships, portfolio reporting, capital raising, operational and other administrative activities for MSCP and Morgan Stanley Energy Partners (MSEP). Previously, Mr. Cook was part of the Strategic Planning and Administrative Group in the firm's Investment Management Division assisting senior management in developing and executing on global strategic initiatives. Mr. Cook holds a B.A. in economics from Rutgers University.
