Scott Froehlich is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Private Market Distribution team within Global Sales and Marketing. Mr. Froehlich focuses on raising institutional capital for MSIM’s $50B Private Credit platform. He works directly in US and European Direct Lending, Opportunistic Credit, Asset-Based and Structured Credit.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2025, Mr. Froehlich worked as a managing director at Brookfield Asset Management for a year and as a managing director at Eaton Partners for over 9 years. He focused on optimizing fund-raising processes, project management and distribution across credit and hedge fund strategies. Prior to his work at Brookfield and Eaton, Mr. Froehlich held several senior roles within fundraising and portfolio construction and began his career in research and trading.
Mr. Froehlich holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
