Biography

Cory Babcock is a Vice President of Morgan Stanley and is a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where he focuses on originating and underwriting investment opportunities. Mr. Babcock joined Morgan Stanley in 2024 and has over 11 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Babcock was a Vice President at Guggenheim Investments where he was responsible for origination and underwriting of private credit investments. Prior to Guggenheim, Mr. Babcock held multiple roles at HSBC, most recently on the Leverage & Acquisition Finance focused on structuring and underwriting Sponsor-backed transactions in the technology sector. Mr. Babcock holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) charter-holder.
