Joel Cramer, CFA, is a member of the Global Sales and Marketing team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and leads the insurance client development across the investment management platform. He joined Morgan Stanley in October 2023, and has over 30 years of capital markets and investment management experience with the past 23 years focused on insurance company solutions. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Joel was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Business Development at Conning, and also served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at AAM. Joel began his career in institutional fixed income sales and was also an investment officer within a multi-line insurance company. Joel earned a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, and holds his Series 7 and 63 registrations.
