Rebecca Feygenson is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where she is a senior member of the Portfolio Management team with a focus on underperforming credits. Ms. Feygenson rejoined Morgan Stanley in 2025 and has over 15 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to rejoining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Feygenson was a Director in BRG’s Corporate Finance – Turnaround & Restructuring group, where she advised lenders, sponsors, boards, and management teams on financial and operational turnarounds. Ms. Feygenson began her career at Morgan Stanley as an analyst. Ms. Feygenson holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
