Initiate the Forgot Voice Pin Process

Step 1: Initiate the Forgot Voice Pin Process

O. On the StockPlan Connect login page, select “Forgot Voice PIN” link in the login box.

Step 2: Identity Your Company

P. Enter your company stock symbol and click “Next Step”.

Step 3: Identify Yourself

Q. Enter your User Name and identifying information, including your Social Security Number (SSN), Global Identification Number (GID), or Personal Unique Identifier (PUID).

Step 4: Select Delivery Preference

R. Select where you would like to receive an email, which will include a link to help you reset your Voice PIN. The link will expire 30 minutes after it has been sent.

Step 5: Check Your Email and Answer Security Questions

S. Look for an email with the link to update your Voice PIN.

T. For your added security, the personalized link within will take you to a page where you will be asked to answer the security questions that you set up when you registered your account.

Note: After three failed attempts to answer the security questions, your account is locked and you will need to call the Service Center at +1-866-722-7310 (U.S. participants) or +1-801-617-7435 (non-U.S. participants).

Step 6: Create New Phone PIN

U. After correctly answering your security questions, you can reset your four-digit Voice PIN.

Step 7: Confirmation

V. Click on the “Submit” button. We will send you an email indicting that your Voice PIN has changed.
