How to Select Morgan Stanley

When you’re ready to choose Morgan Stanley, go to Amazon Stock on the network, click on “Available Brokers,” then on “Select Morgan Stanley” and, finally, on “Yes, create an account at Morgan Stanley.” This will initiate single sign-on to begin the account registration process. Setting up your account typically takes just one business day.

What if I don’t select a broker?

If you don’t make a selection, Amazon will automatically designate Morgan Stanley as your broker six months prior to any RSU vest. You can activate your Morgan Stanley account at any time and certify your tax forms prior to your vest event.

Go to Amazon Stock and click on “Your Morgan Stanley Account” to get started.
