Biography

Fred is head of client engagement for Morgan Stanley's Global Liquidity business. Previously, Fred was the lead relationship manager for liquidity and fixed income clients in the Northeast region. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 and has 33 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Fred was a vice president in the Institutional Liquidity group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and a vice president on the sales team at Fidelity Investments. Fred received a B.B.A. in finance from The George Washington University and an M.B.A in finance from the University of Notre Dame. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
