| H. Chin Chou is the Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia and a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Chou also serves on the Firm's Asia Pacific Executive Committee, which is comprised of the Firm's senior business leaders within the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Chou joined the Firm in 1987 in New York and has spent 23 years at Morgan Stanley, with the past 19 years in Asia. Mr. Chou has led MSPE Asia's three private equity funds to date: MSGEM (1999), Fund II (2005) and Fund III (2007). Mr. Chou was also part of Morgan Stanley’s Private Equity Group in New York in the late 1980s. He is a director of CTCI and was previously a director of eAccess, ECVision, HTL, Hyundai Rotem, ITest, Landmark, Ssangyong and YesAsia. Mr. Chou is based in Hong Kong. He has also worked in Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's Debt Capital Markets Group in New York. Mr. Gao is a native of China and is based in Hong Kong. Andrew S. Hawkyard is the Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia and a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Hawkyard joined the Firm in 1999 and has been investing in Asia private equity for 15 years, including 13 years managing MSPE Asia's three private equity funds to date: MSGEM (1999), Fund II (2005) and Fund III (2007). For the past six years Mr. Hawkyard has led the group's private equity business in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, and prior to that played a lead role in establishing MSPE Asia's private equity business in South Korea. Mr. Hawkyard is a director of ACR and was previously a director of Landmark, Jinbang and CTCI and an observer to the board of ITest and eAccess. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Hawkyard was with the Merchant Banking and Investment Banking divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in Hong Kong and New York. Mr. Hawkyard is a native of New Zealand and is based in Hong Kong. Mr. Hawkyard received a BA with First Class Honors in Applied Mathematics and a BCA in Finance from Victoria University. |

Aluri Rao is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. Mr Rao joined the Firm in 2008 and focuses on the group’s private equity transactions in India. Mr. Rao was previously the alternate director for Biotor Industries. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Rao was Director of Private Equity at ICICI Venture and one of the senior private equity professionals on the team. He has led numerous landmark private equity investments particularly in the Health Care sector. At ICICI Venture, Mr. Rao led transactions including the buyout of allied businesses of Ranbaxy Laboratories, the tie-up with Dr. Reddy’s, roll ups such as Iven Medicare and Swiss Biosciences as well as growth investments in Avesthagen, Arch Pharma, Malladi, Bharat Biotech, Metropolis and Onconova amongst others. He served as a member of the board on several of these portfolio companies. Mr. Rao spent over 10 years in the health care industry before working in private equity. He was CEO of Natco Pharma and head of global business development for Ranbaxy. Mr. Rao is a native of India and is based in Hyderabad. He is a graduate of BITS, Pilani, and is a Sloan Fellow from the London Business School. |

Homer Sun is the Chief Investment Officer of Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Co-Head of the Fund’s China Investment Operations. Mr. Sun joined the Firm in 2000 and leads the group’s private equity transactions in China, which he has led for two of MSPE Asia’s private equity funds: Fund II (2005) and Fund III (2007). Mr. Sun also serves on the Firm’s China Management Committee, which is comprised of the Firm’s senior business leaders within China. Mr. Sun currently serves as a director on the boards of Sihuan Pharmaceutical, Shanshui Cement, China Flooring, China XD Plastics and Yongye. Mr. Sun previously spent six years with Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in Hong Kong where he worked on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions in Greater China. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Sun practiced as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with the law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and Hong Kong.
