Wealth Management

Analyst Program

A DAY IN THE LIFE

I selected Wealth Management...
because of the fast, complex nature of the business and depth and breadth of opportunities.

As a Wealth Management Branch Analyst...
I needed quantitative and communication skills, a sound work ethic and an ongoing awareness of the global marketplace. The program included four rotations over 26 months: Operations, Risk and Compliance, Business Development, and Brokerage and Advisory. Each rotation provided exposure to an array of products and projects. I learned to work on a team, own projects and drive results for management and clients. I worked with distinguished professionals across business areas to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.

A typical day...
varies per rotation but consistently includes collaboration and supporting senior management in different initiatives to facilitate the financial advisor business. I gathered and harmonizeed data, research products, build or modify models, and ultimately reinforce the advisory practice to the best of my ability.

The best part of my job is...
the exposure to some of the most highly regarded managers and advisors in the industry.

Once I have completed the program, I will have an opportunity to explore...
various roles and teams in the Wealth Management division.
