Nikhil Vaidya is a Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and is a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where he focuses on originating and underwriting investment opportunities. Mr. Vaidya joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 and has over seven years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Vaidya worked at The Carlyle Group, most recently as a Vice President within the Direct Lending team, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing private credit investments across various industries. Prior to joining The Carlyle Group, Mr. Vaidya worked for the Merchant Banking / Middle Market Leveraged Finance team at BNP Paribas, where he was focused on underwriting private equity sponsored transactions. Mr. Vaidya earned a Honors in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of the Western Ontario, as well as a B.A. in Financial Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
