Biography

Lauren Krepelka is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and is a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where she focuses on originating and underwriting investment opportunities. Ms. Krepelka joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 and has over 15 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Krepelka was a Senior Director at Manulife Investment Management where she was responsible for managing a general industries underwriting team. Prior to joining Manulife, she held various underwriting and portfolio management positions at Madison Capital Funding and NXT Capital. Ms. Krepelka began her career working as a Manager of Corporate Development for Cequel III, a private equity and investment management firm in St. Louis. Ms. Krepelka earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.
