Chris is a managing director of Eaton Vance Distributors, part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM). He is an equity strategist representing the broad equity platform, including Eaton Vance, Morgan Stanley, Atlanta Capital, and Calvert equity strategies. He is responsible for client and internal communications and insights on investment strategy and portfolio positioning. Previously he served as an institutional portfolio manager for Eaton Vance’s small cap and large cap growth strategies. He joined Eaton Vance in 2016. Morgan Stanley acquired Eaton Vance in March 2021. Chris began his career in the investment management industry in 1999. Before joining Eaton Vance, he was an equity product strategist covering large-cap value at BlackRock. He previously covered large-cap growth, small-cap growth and value at BlackRock. Chris earned a B.A. in economics, with highest honors, from The College of William and Mary. He is a CFA charterholder and member of CFA Society Boston. He holds Series 7, 63 and 24 FINRA licenses.
