James Gorman + Martin Flanagan

CEO + CEO: Perspectives on Excellence is a series of interviews that give you the opportunity to listen to James Gorman talk with some of the most influential leaders in business.

Our second installment of Perspectives on Excellence features Martin Flanagan, CEO of Invesco. Marty has worked in the asset management business for more than 25 years. Prior to Invesco, he served as President and co-CEO of Franklin Resources. His leadership is one reason Invesco was able to successfully navigate the financial crisis and come through positioned to be a buyer. Marty was also at the helm of one of the most successful mergers in the industry's history, Invesco's acquisition of Van Kampen Funds in 2009. As a leader focused on fostering a culture of investment excellence, he was a clear choice for our second guest in this series.
