Initiate the Forgot Password Process

Step 1: Initiate the Forgot Password Process

G. Select “Forgot Password” link in the login box.

Step 2: Identity Your Company

H. Enter your company stock symbol and click “Next Step”.

Step 3: Identify Yourself

I. Enter your User Name and identifying information, including your Social Security Number (SSN), Global Identification Number (GID), or Personal Unique Identifier (PUID).

Step 4: Select Delivery Preference

J. Select where you would like to receive an email, which will include a link to help you reset your Password. The link will expire 30 minutes after it has been sent.

Step 5: Check Your Email and Answer Security Questions

K. Look for the email with the link to reset your Password

L. For your added security, the personalized link will take you to a page where you will be asked to answer the security questions that you set up when you registered your account.

Note: After three failed attempts to answer the security question, your account is locked and you will need to call the Service Center at +1-866-722-7310 (U.S. participants) or +1-801-617-7435 (non-U.S. participants).

Step 6: Set New Password

M. After correctly answering your security questions, you can reset your account Password. Enter and confirm your new Password.

Step 7: Confirmation

N. Click on the “Continue to Login” button to be taken to the login page. We will send you an email indicating that your Password has changed.
