Complex Risk Managers: Oversee all risk, supervisory and compliance functions for the business.
Financial Advisor Team Managers: Manage and coach a team of FAs on client service and performance goals.
Service Team Managers: Manage a team of Service associates to further develop first-class and consistent client service.
Operations Team Managers: Manage a team of Operations associates to further develop operational client support.
Financial Advisors (FAs): Within a team-based environment, provide investment advice and guidance based upon a client’s financial needs and objectives. An existing book of business is not necessary for this role.
Client Relationship Associates: Provide first-class customer service to all of our clients.
Operations Associates: Provide first-class operational client support by collaborating with teams across the business.
Quality Assurance Associate: Evaluate the delivery of information and service to our clients.
Training Facilitator: Facilitate core curriculum and continuing education for new hire and strategic initiative programs.
