Morgan Stanley is made up of many talents and perspectives. One way we demonstrate our commitment to diversity is through the Sophomore Summer Program. This program is an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts, open to Black, Hispanic, Native American, Female and/or LGBTQ college sophomores.
This 10-week program consists of a variety of presentations and exercises led by experts ranging from professors and industry leaders to current Analysts and senior bankers. It includes course work in industry and product-specific training, an introduction to Morgan Stanley proprietary analytical tools, as well as an overall education about the Firm. Throughout the program, you will work in small groups with your classmates and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects.
- You are pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2020 and June 2021.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- You have basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance.
- You are analytical, adaptive, possess a strong work ethic, are a leader yet team player, as well as a multi-tasker.
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
