We’re looking for diverse and underrepresented voices from less privileged backgrounds who are keen to learn about our industry and release their potential. Applicants don’t need any experience, just a passion and eagerness to learn about the world of Finance.

Students will have the opportunity to delve into our culture and quiz employees through mentoring, networking, technical and professional skills training and panel sessions.

Participants will have the opportunity to be considered for a place on the 2022 Institutional Securities Spring Insight program or the 2022 Technology Spring Insight program. Those who join a Spring Insight program will also have the opportunity to be considered for an internship the following year and a Future Generation Scholarship.
