The Corporate Services Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program that begins in June. Placement varies in accordance with business needs and is aligned to the skills and interests of the participant. The 8 functional teams within Corporate Services have been clustered into 3 groups and placement will fall into these clusters.
- RE & Location Strategy, Portfolio Transactions, Property Management: Roles include location metrics & data analytics, compliance & audit, real estate transactions admin, design architecture, amenities service management, facilities management.
- Office of the COO, Regional Client Services: Roles include project/program management, financial analysis, client management, technology & systems management, strategy development.
- Corporate Information Management, Security & Travel: Roles include research & industry analysis, report writing, due diligence investigations, tools & database updates.
The Summer Analyst Program includes a first day Firmwide Orientation, followed by one-to-two days of business-unit specific training. The Program also includes senior management speaker seminars, on-the-job training, mentorship opportunities, community service, and social and networking events.
