The HR Industrial Placement Program is aimed at students with a year in industry as a compulsory or optional element of their degree program. The Program runs annually beginning in June, and students have the opportunity to rotate into different areas of HR to get a broad experience of the department.
Training begins with a Firmwide induction alongside your peers from other areas of the Firm. This is followed by two to three days of classroom-based training covering product and industry knowledge, personal effectiveness and technical training, as well as a team-building activity. Industrial Placement Interns will also receive considerable on-the-job training, as well as a series of Lunch & Learn sessions, networking events, mentoring and work shadowing opportunities.
