Placement and duration

The Full-time Analyst Program provides an opportunity to explore the multiple areas within Human Resources such as Talent Management, Rewards and Compensation, Client Delivery and HR Operations. Placements are based on Analyst skill set, interview feedback and current business needs.

Training program

The Full-time Analyst Program will provide an introduction to Human Resources, as well as an overview of the Firm's organisation and its business. Technical and interpersonal skills training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Creating reports to provide compensation and headcount analytics information to management.
  • Partnering with different HR teams to implement programs and initiatives designed to attract, retain and motivate employees.
  • Collaborating across the various HR teams to evaluate and reengineer processes to drive greater operational efficiency.
  • Obtaining a broad understanding of the HR operating model and its departmental interdependencies.
