Placement and duration

The Full Time Analyst Program is a two-year rotational program in New York. Analysts will support at least two of the following functional areas within Corporate Treasury and Capital Planning: Treasury Capital Markets, Liquidity Planning and Coverage, Liquidity Management, Capital Management, Legal Entity Management, Treasury Risk, Bank Treasury, and Balance Sheet Analysis.

Training program

The program begins with a firm-wide induction followed by training focused on enhancing Analysts' business and technical knowledge, including extensive IT training, Excel and practical skills sessions. Afterwards, Corporate Treasury on-site training will be conducted with a targeted focus in the analysts’ functional area.

  • Analyze and report on the Firm's funding, liquidity and capital profile.
  • Perform stress testing, scenario planning and analysis, and peer benchmarking.
  • Optimize the Firm’s capital base.
  • Enhance the Firm’s multi-billion dollar debt portfolio and hedging currency exposures.
  • Work with a trading desk to manage liquidity and long-term funding through the capital markets.
  • Analyze regulatory changes, industry trends, competitor performance and their impact on the Firm’s business processes.
  • Collaborate with business units and support functions to assess and manage liquidity, capital and funding needs.
  • Assist the team with day-to-day responsibilities, special projects and presentations

Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements

  • You are currently a Senior completing a Bachelor's degree.
  • You have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Self-motivated with high personal standards for quality of work; commitment to excellence and integrity.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize a variety of data to produce well-designed and meaningful summaries and reports.
  • Strong, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze and understand business processes that may not be familiar.
  • Eager to learn and excited for new challenges; ability to absorb new information and adept at managing high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced, high energy level environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced quantitative skills.
