The Compliance Full-time Analyst Program begins in August and Analysts are placed into specific teams based on interview feedback, their interests and current business needs.

The Full-time Analyst Program begins with a one-day orientation to the firm.  This is followed by classroom-based training. As an Analyst, you will also have ongoing access to professional training.

As an Analyst, your responsibilities could include:

•Analysis of regulations, rules and provide advice on those regulations.

•Assisting with responding to regulatory inquiries and examinations.

•Conducting monitoring of transactions, employee activities and communications.

•Drafting and coordinating regulatory updates, and compliance bulletins.

•Participating in compliance risk assessments and analysis of the Firm’s compliance environment.

•Reviewing and drafting policies, procedures and compliance manuals.

•You have or are on track to obtain a 2.1 honours degree or equivalent.

•Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Ability to analyse and  synthesise a variety of data to produce well-designed and meaningful summaries and reports.

•Adept at solving problems and developing efficient processes.

•Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
