About the scholarship
At Morgan Stanley, we strive to build an organization that is diverse in experience and background but consistent in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence. One way we demonstrate this commitment is through the Morgan Stanley Richard B. Fisher (RBF) Scholarship Program, which is an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts for college sophomores and juniors, helping to attract candidates from historically underrepresented groups to the financial services industry. Since its founding in 1993, the RBF Scholarship Program has distributed close to $11 million in scholarship funds to over 750 scholarships to students across the United States.
Once you begin the application process for one of our currently open Summer Analyst positions, which are listed on our Students and Graduates Opportunities page, you will have a chance, if eligible, to apply for the scholarship program. If selected as an RBF Scholar, you will receive a one-time financial scholarship for college. We encourage students of all majors and disciplines to apply.
