Morgan Stanley opened its first office in Budapest in 2006 but has partnered with Hungarian institutional organizations since 1993. Today our Hungary office has a unique, innovative culture and a community of experts that add to our worldwide expertise.
In April 2006, we established the Mathematical Modeling Centre in Budapest to support the firm’s global fixed income trading business. In July 2006 based on Hungary’s excellent higher education and the good quality professional local talent, the firm furthered its presence in the region by opening the Business Services and Technology Centre in Budapest to support the business activities in North America, Europe and Asia.
The office is located on the Danube in the state of the art Millennium City Centre and provides essential support across a variety of services including Finance, Technology, Quant Solutions, Risk Management, Bank Resource Management and Internal Audit with over 1300 employees.
