Background

Elsa is a portfolio manager on the Global Liquidity team. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1999 and has 20 years of investment experience. Prior to joining the firm, Elsa was a bank analyst at Thomson BankWatch and bank examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She received a B.A. in economics from Penn State University and an M.B.A. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Elsa holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
