Biography
Paresh is a portfolio manager on the AIP Hedge Fund team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, focusing on discretionary global macro, emerging markets and fixed income relative value strategies. He is also a member of the Hedge Fund Investment Committee. Paresh has 27 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Paresh worked for SEI Investments, where he managed global equity and EAFE portfolios and led due diligence on funds of hedge funds. Previously, he was an equity analyst for Granite Associates, where he conducted fundamental equity research in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors, and monitored hedge fund investments. He was also a vice president at Lehman Brothers, an associate at Bankers Trust and a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Board. Paresh received a B.A. in economics as valedictorian from Union College and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
