Biography
Frederik Wijsenbeek is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and is based in New York. Mr. Wijsenbeek joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 and has 22 years of private equity experience across Europe and North America, with expertise in leading and structuring transactions. He has been a member of teams responsible for the completion of 14 transactions across the Business Services, Financial Services, Education, TMT and Industrials sectors. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Frederik was a Partner at Global Family Partners and GR Investment Partners, responsible for making private equity investments on behalf of ultra-high net worth families. Before that he was a Director and the head of European Direct Private Equity at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and a Partner at Bregal Capital. He started his career at Securitas Capital in New York. Mr. Wijsenbeek holds a B.A. (with University Distinction) from Stanford University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
