Brian Rapino is a Managing Director on the Insurance Solutions team within Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM). He joined Morgan Stanley in 2025 and has nearly 25 years of investment management experience, with 15 years focused on developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with insurance companies. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Brian was a Senior Institutional Business Development Executive within the insurance group at T. Rowe Price. Mr. Rapino began his career and spent nearly two decades at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in various roles, most recently as a member of the Insurance Asset Management team responsible for building and sustaining relationships with the firms Life, Health, P&C and Reinsurance clients in the US and Bermuda.
Brian earned a B.S. in Communications from Towson University and holds his Series 7, Series 63, and Series 3 licenses from FINRA.
