Biography

Kingsley Chan is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Chan joined the Firm in 2007 and focuses on the group's private equity transactions in China. Mr. Chan currently serves as a Director on the board of Baijia, China Feihe, CDP, Coinage International, DSG China, Home Control International, IVD Medical, Shanghai KNX, Korres S.A., Sino-Canada and as an observer on the board of CreditEase. Mr. Chan is an appointed member of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission’s Public Shareholders Group. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Chan was with the investment banking divisions of Credit Suisse and Citigroup for seven years. Mr. Chan is Chinese and is based in Hong Kong. Mr. Chan received a B.Sc. in economics from the University of London and an MPhil in finance from the University of Cambridge.
