Rajan Shah is a Principal at 1GT where he focuses on sourcing and executing investments in the Energy & Power sector. Rajan joined in 2021 to help launch the strategy. Prior to joining, Rajan was in the Global Natural Resources Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs where he led diligence and valuation workstreams in transactions spanning several sub-sectors including Oil and Gas, Metals and Mining, Chemicals, and Renewables. Rajan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a double first-class undergraduate degree with honours from the University of Oxford in Classics and Oriental Studies.
