Rachel Smith is an ESG strategy specialist on the Fixed Income ESG Strategy & Research team at MSIM and Calvert. She is responsible for the integration of sustainability into Fixed Income products, and for developing customised solutions for clients based on their sustainability goals. She also leads on strategic initiatives including the Fixed Income group’s ESG engagement strategy, sustainability regulation, and reporting. Rachel began her career in the investment industry at Morgan Stanley in 2021. She earned a B.A. in geography from the University of Oxford, with First Class Honors.
