Biography

Mr. Ko Hatazawa is an Executive Chief Fund Manager of the Japanese Equity Group (Value) at Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management Co., Ltd. (MUAM) and has more than 15 years of investment & research experience. After he joined Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management Co., Ltd. (present MUAM) in 2007 and engaged in product planning for 3 years, he started his career of investment & research in 2010 at Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management (UK) Ltd (MUAMUK). He spent 2 years in MUAMUK as an Assistant Fund Manager and returned to MUAM in 2013 as a Fund Manager with responsibility for Japanese equity fund since 2014. He holds B.A. in Economics from Tokyo University. He is also Chartered Member of the Security Analysts Association of Japan (CMA).
