Biography
Elliott Foley is a Vice President of Morgan Stanley and is based in New York. He joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) in 2025. Prior to joining MSCP, Elliott was a Senior Associate at ONCAP (2021-2025), a Toronto headquartered generalist private equity fund where he focused on buyout investments across North America. Prior to ONCAP, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Elliott holds an Honors in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
