Biography

Anil Agarwal is the Director of Research and an investor for the Global Opportunity team. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2001 and has 22 years of experience. Anil joined the Global Opportunity team in 2020 as an investor. Prior to his current role, he served as the Head of Asian Financial Research at Morgan Stanley, Research Division. Anil oversaw coverage of banks in Asia Pacific ex Japan. As a primary analyst, he covered Indian and Hong Kong banks. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Calcutta University and completed his MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Anil holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
